All this is hardly surprising though, is it? A combination of FFP/reducing costs, and Oscar having 'his' people around him means it was always gonna happen.

My only concern is that we finished 4th last season, so there is an element of if it aint broke, don't fix it...

There was an interview with one of them in Spain last season (pre-season friendlies), mentioning how they drove all the way to Spain with the kit etc. I think there is/was two of them.
