Two blokes wearing Yellow safety bibs and hard hats with wooden pegs,a hammer and an 8m measure tape.

They turned up at falmer got out the van and started studying the area. When a local came up to us(i mean them) we replied "well mate, now the football club can't have it then we wil be looking into building a sainsbury's supermarket and retail park here.

"over my dead body" came the reply and off he ran. We packed up and went pretty quickly.
