This is crazy. And if you wanted evidence that Dalglish has been out of the game for way too long here it is. A "traditional English centre-forward" might have been a desirable purchase 20 years ago but the footballing world has moved on a lot.

It's baffling. If you go back over past transfers some very ordinary English players go for some crazy sums. Can you believe David Kitson was once sold for over £5m?
