Amex travel problems sorted!

Every ticket sold has a coloured voucher with it,red, blue, green. With a crowd of 30k 10k would have a green voucher allowing immediate departure on final whistle, the blue voucher would let you out of the stadium on 30 minutes after ko and the red voucher 60 minutes after ko.This would stagger the departure of fans allowing easy and safe exit of the stadium site.It would also increase the after match spend in the stadium, with teams such as palace and millwall they would leave on the final whistle and green vouchers 30minutes blue vouchers 60 minutes red vouchers 90 minutes thus allowing a safe exit of the stadium.
SO TRAVEL WOULD BE SOLVED,FINANCES SORTED AND FAN SAFETY WOULD IMPROVE.
COULD THIS BE THE ANSWER?

Are you talking specifically about match day tickets? If so what about our 21k STH's? Sounds pretty flawed throughout to me.

So what about season ticket holders? Would they always be stuck with one colour?

What about people who leave before the final whistle?

What about the fact everyone will say they have an emergency and have to leave at the time they do?

What about the extra administrative burden of checking all the colours? They never checked for tickets last season for that exact reason.

Why not just sort out the trains and get more buses, waiting over 10 mins between trains is stupid, they have known for years the stadium was being built, longer platform, more trains! Simple

Are these issued on a lottery basis or do you apply for the colour you want. How does the colour appear on your smart card, supposing you fancy leaving earlier or later than the time you thought you might want to leave? What about the likes of say, Pornomagboy. I don't think you have thought this through properly. :moo:

no! season ticket holders would have a letter a,b or c so if it was an a game the a would be green and if it was a b game the b would be green,if people took the piss with claiming an emergency they would have to swipe their ticket in an emergency swiper this could tell if these were getting swiped on a regular basis and then they would lose points or cash built up on that card! simple!

The major flaw is that 20,000 supporters have to leave before the start of the second half!

Daft idea from start to finish, but lots of great ideas come from crazy beginnings, so keep working on it....

Just in case Rev edits his first post to make me look daft!

Here speaks someone who has never worked in transport or particularly for the rail companies! Simple doesn't exist, I'm afraid.

Good idea - they could give away beer tokens with the vouchers, with red ones getting the most ! :drink::drink::drink::drink::drink:
