You might want to learn about copyright infringement before putting songs onto your videos mate- there are loads of sites around with free tracks that obviously aren't as good but will stop your videos getting blocked.
It's funny though, when I see stuff like that it just makes me more determined to pirate music. It's not as if a track being used as backing on some amateur footie highlights is going to stop anyone buying the music, is it? In fact, I'd say the opposite was more likely.
You need permission from the record label that own the rights to the track in order to use it for stuff that you upload on the interweb, which would involve paying them royalties
Why didn't you post a warning that the video clip contained a photo of Selhurst Park ? I also believe you have to provide a 0800 number for people traumatised by that image who need counselling.
