Amaretto - with ice or without?

Right, I've finished the wine I had and thoughts now turn to the Amaretto I have.

Never had it at home before, only when out. It tends to be at the end of the evening so, for the life of me, I can not remember whether one has it over ice or not.

Any authorities on the subject?

Try the first bottle without, and the second bottle with, then see which you preferred.

i have it at home without ice. simply because we never have any ice. but i would think it would better with the ice cool addition.

Don't understand the ice thing. I make my spirits cold by keeping them in the freezer. Works for Vodka and Tequila. Keep the glasses there too for the ultimate chilled experience. Or is Amaretto going to freeze solid?

Mix cola and Lager and drop in a hot of Amaretto. It tastes like Dr Pepper. Called a depth charge I think.
