Am I just a Fergie paranoid in disguise?

Was I the only one noticed that when we attacked the Holt End they had the moving advertising thread really bright, whereas in the second half it was turned down low. Am I just paranoid, or was it bright first half to put off our forwards & darkened in the second half so it wouldn't put off theirs?

didn't notice that, but it did only increase my belief that moving advertising boards are a PAIN IN THE ARSE.

I thought it was only on the three sides that are in view of the TV camera?

no its all sides, dont see the doug ellis ones due to tv gantry being in that stand, and the pitch cover blocks it from view aswell

you must sit in the doug ellis so you have not seen, but that side has old style advertising still

Yeah ive just looked at the pictures i took yesterday and there is the old style in front of that stand.

Still that bright orange advert was a bit OTT.

I thought this at the time, but they did water the other half aswell. Must have been so the subs had somewhere to knock the ball about without getting wet.
