I've lost four pounds in a little over a week!

Not on a diet as such but walking to work and cutting out my 5-6 pasties a week habit has helped!

Phew - I used to be half bulemic (sp?). I used to eat but forgot I had to throw it up!

form some reason i can lose 3 pounds (weight not money) in a single night or gain sometimes aswell. very odd..

so when i see these fitness programs where people lose 2 pounds in a long time i have to laugh really
