Alright lads need some phone help.

The missus is updating her galaxy S and its been stuck on 0% for about 20mins and the screen on her phone says, Downloading, do not turn of target.

I dunno if her comp has frozen or what, any help would be amazing.

we took it of and trying again, i was worried it might crash her phone taking it off but does not appear to have, if it gets stuck again i think we will have to give up

yes its come back on, but the reason i posted this was that when i was updating my old phone and it crashed and its now stuck in some mode and i have to paid to get it fixed.

So didnt want this to happen to hers.
