You kindly replied in an earlier thread "The catering and brewery tender documents will be going out in the next couple of weeks with a caterer and brewery supplier selected later this year."

Superb to know you are planning this so far in advance. Will the criteria for selection be simply the one who makes BHA the most money or will the quality of the product being served be taken in to account. Every single stadium in the world seems to serve the same generic keg bitter (Tetleys) and lager (name one of the many). PLEASE can this stadium reflect the community in which it is based in some way and can you take this into account when writing the tender document and selecting the winner of the pitch.

There are a number of selection criteria within the tender including quality of the food and drink offer. The tender asks for suggestions as to healthy eating options and meal deals. The money that the Club can generate will obviously be a factor but by no means the only one.
