In season 1929-30 Hugh Vallance scored 4 hat-tricks , and D. Kirkwood got one hat-trick and twice scored 4 goals in a game.The Albion totalled 98 league and cup goals that season.
However ,in season 1964-65 , when a total of 102 league and cup goals were scored , not one player registered a hat-trick.
