Firstly, thank you to NSC for allowing us to post...
We are looking for Albion fans who would like to support our work in 2019 by signing up for a challenge event and are currently recruiting for the following:
- Brighton Half Marathon (Sunday 24 February).
- BM10K (Sunday 14 April).
- Brighton Marathon (Sunday 14 April).
- Our European cycle challenge to Antwerp (between Thursday 6 June and Sunday 9 June).
We have charity places available for the three running events above, while the European cycle challenge is an annual event organised by our fundraising team. Last year's ride went to Cologne and raised around £35,000 - a fantastic amount which has a genuine impact on our work.
Anyone who would like to know more about the work we do throughout Sussex can watch a short video (around four minutes).
HERE.
If you are interested in taking part in any of the above fundraising events (or already have a 10k, half marathon, or marathon place but would like to raise money for Albion in the Community) email us at: fundraising@albioninthecommunity.org.uk and we can send you more information.
As a charity we are incredibly grateful for the support we receive from Albion fans, so thank you again to everyone who has previously supported our work - including all the fans who gave so generously to our bucket collection before and after the home game with Wolves earlier this season.
