Don't exaggerate. You could walk it in less than that time. Evening games are more of a problem because fans don't stagger their departures but most of the fans are away from the stadium within an hour.

Has it been established that the club take a percentage of the profit from sales of food and drink or a sum of money from the catering tender? I'm sure some of these problems will be ironed out in the future but fans will always find something to whinge about.

From what I understand the club have a fixed price arrangement for the Amex catering, so any lost revenue from slow service etc affects the catering supplier only. They should be suitably motivated to fix any such problems.
