It’s been a long time since I made it to a 3pm home game, what with living up North. We need to be back at Brighton station for 18.09 London train…. a bit worried about getting on a train in the mad rush at Falmer after the match. Will I have enough time?

I'm being picked up by my wife after the game (I normally p&r or park in Lewes). Any tips on where she could wait gratefully received. I'm assuming she won't get anywhere close to the Amex. I was thinking get the P&R back to mill road might be best?

Bit late for yesterday but official drop off/pick up point is Sussex Uni sports centre car park which is just the other side of the pedestrian tunnel under the A27.

Good to hear, which 'oop north' station were you headed to. We usually get the train to St Pancras and walk across to Kings X for our return to Leeds.

Marlene had already gone to bed, so headed off to the Nags for a swift half with Del and Rodders

We usually book for around that time to Leeds. Plenty of time to buy food/drink and enjoy the journey.
