You should add if the price is right. As posted on the Ulloa thread apparently Ben Chilwell is sought after but valued at £8m.which I wouldnt want to pay.

Just looked him up - pretty impressive cv actually. Full Welsh international, and European experience with Celtic. He is, however, a right back as you say, but at 24 could be a serious competition / replacement for Bruno.
