I sing better and louder if I stand up.

Try this:
sit down and try and shout.

then
stand up spread your arms out and try and shout.


you will have to agree the latter is way better.


therefore I will continue to stand and sing.
they won't chuck me out, I am good for the clubs image as I look like a bit of a MINCER and they want to be seen to embracing all sections of society.

Of course you're gonna sing better when standing. It allows your diaphragm more room to move, therefore you can get more air in your lungs, therefore sing louder....
