A question about Falmer

please excuse my ignorance but

How many times can a decision be taken to a judicial review .

Reason Im asking and apologies if question isnt clear but from what I understand from the falmer thing is , we may possibly get a decision end March , LDC then take this to judicial and we are in the same position we are in now in 18 months now

is there like a definate end time date ?

In theory, no.

But today's events have proven Lewes's case to be so flimsy, there's very little chance that they can convince a judge to admit a challenge.
