Edit: A few months ago, someone posted a couple of BHA wallpapers in Black & White but with the green left in from the away stripes. They looked really good. One of Buckley & CMS in particular.

I haven't seen them but after a search with your suggestions I found a cool of of Koosh. Was during pre season i believe.
