Was watching a bit of tv the other day and up pops Sharon Duce,remember her from the 80,s in Big Deal ? Set me thinking was tv better back then ? Sure plenty of rubbish about then and (much of it American) as of now,however were programmes like Minder,Shoestring,Big Deal,London,s Burning,Only fools and horses even dare i say it Des O'Connor tonight (the one where he would like likes of Freddy Starr on) so much better than todays veiwing ?
