Am I right in thinking the capacity for tomorrow is 27,250, which increases as the season goes on and new seat sections are opened when completed?

Yep should be a new record tomorrow although still a lot of people on hols plus evening fixture may drop the attendance.

I've just got round to looking at Saturdays Championship.

I noticed a hell of a lot of empty seats, starting at Elland Road.
(not to mention the end of the game at Selhurst ).

Having looked up attendances, Millwall's 11k a good 5k less than any others, will cost them a lot of money, over the season.

Many Leeds fans got fed up with Bates's high prices. They could get 35,000 with a winning team, if Bates wasn't such a tw*t.

Obviously the stadium size went some way to exaggerate the 'empty' seats.
They still got just under 24k, around par for the division.

Think attendance will be around 23,500 tomorrow night so should be a record , can't wait to look out from across the west upper to see the east finally finished I think were all bursting to get back to the Amex, atmosphere will be truly amazing tomorrow night

Would it be:

30,750 less not yet finished:
WS middle tier north extension 370
WS middle tier south extension 340
NW corner 1,225
NE corner 685

= 28,130

Also minus the new 1901 above the south stand not yet finished which i thought was 500 but from looking at it not sure it is that many, but if it is a capacity of 27,630 to start the season.

I'd imagine Cardiff will have approximately 500 fans there. Judging by last season, there will be 1,000 no shows from season ticket holders. Not sure how many extra tickets we've sold but I'm guessing it's around 1,000 so that would make the attendance around 22,500 and a new Amex record.

What a week? 2 defeats and a last minute goal to take 2 points away from us (felt like a loss). f*** the attendances that week wasnt the best.

Our capacity is 28,000 ish. We have sold 22,500 ST's alone! More likely to be 25,000 at least!
