Been looking at the tickets - the prices are outrageous in some of the catagories. I want to go to the gymnastics, and the CHEAPEST prices are £50!!

If you want to go to a final yes. But you can get them for £20 for the qualifiers.

I bid for Badminton as it's the sport I play regularly and have never seen it played at International level - but £95 a ticket, sheesh..........

Why didn't you go for £20 tickets?

Between me and my lady friend we have applied for 6 days.

600 quid possibly but we were taking the logic that we won't succeed in all and that friends will always buy them off us if we have too many days.

Gone for the cheap opening ceremony tickets, though not fussed
100m final day
4x100m final day
Swimming relay final days
Triple jump final day
And some gymnastics final day.

Expensive but it's a once in a lifetime and far more value than not far off 50 quid for a London Footy match.
