Maybe said scouts were doing one of their badges, or it's bob a job week. Hmmmm maybe only the Cubs do that. The scouts are too busy learning how to light fires with two twigs. Can't imagine what they were doing at Withdean. Perhaps they were just too late to go home & get changed so they kept their Scouts uniforms on.
