Isn't the loan window closed at the moment and re opens 7 days after the transfer window closes that would be on 7th September, or can we complete loans or permanent up to Friday and then just loans after 7th Sept.

no deals of any sort between clubs from 1st & 7th Sept inclusive but free agents can still sign and there are plenty of those
