Dobber - thats what we called a big marble in junior school in the 70's, never associated it with a penis though (unless i missed something!)

Spanner has always been a particular favourite of mine, although I've never quite known why a simple common tool can be used in such derogatory terms.
Maybe its just the way you can say it and make it sound so insulting...

im not sure really - i always likened it to a young jody craddock, but he was a bit of a legend so being called a craddock didnt really seem like much of an insult
