Trivia question.

1) The two stations nearest each other.

2 ) The shortest journey on the underground.

3) The end of the line that is geographically nearest to the centre of London.

Covent Garden and Leicester Square (both 1 and 2 surely?)
3) Bank - Waterloo and City

..And I will raise you what is the longest distance journey between two adjacent stations.

Nearest stations Charing Cross and Embankment.

Shortest Journey Covent Garden to L Sq.

Longest Journey between two stops ? Possibly between Finsbury Park and Seven Sisters.

So still geographically nearest end of line.
Charing Cross underground was originally Trafalgar Sq and Embankment was Charing Cross I believe.

Euston and Euston square must be the two closest but not on the same line ???
They are pretty close, my nearest and most used stations, actually Mornington Cres is my closest but it's Zone 2 and I'm a cheapskate.
