With 3x the population and likely a far higher income from rates/council tax; even if he's true its not been as heavy an impact as LDCs spending

Also, proportionately how much of the stadium site is i B&HCC compared to LDC? More than 2:1... (damn thats a terrible argument for the spending, but septic's arguments usually are)
