While I will always 'football hate' Palace I did really enjoy them beating Liverpool.
I think because I have recently been working for some Liverpool plastics and that has reminded me of young Liverpool plastics at primary school in the 80s who at least in my memory were all fat bullies so I'm...
Simple miscommunication. They said he was only fit enough to be on the bench first half. Sadly Roy didn't hear the second part when they said that after sitting on the bench for 45 minutes he'd need to go back to the treatment room.
I do like this thread, bit I feel we are getting too much of a big club mentality laughing at our premier League compatriots.
We should still devote some effort to laughing at Portsmouth in League 1.
Wednesday is nearly over. I thought it was all being finalized yesterday.
Being an optimist he's now rejected them but agreed to keep schtum while they go begging elsewhere and the palace insider who keeps telling the press they've got their man has been locked inside the mythical ringfence.
Fat Frank back in the running. Think there's a fair difference between having to bring few a few Chelsea academy players to supplement the squad and forming a squad from 10 first team players and Palace's "world-class" academy.
I'm reading this as Lucian has all the in principle talks, gets contract, agreement on backroom staff etc 90% sorted, then he goes to selhurst and meets parish and the combination of those two things is so disturbing he doesn't just turn down the job but decides he needs a few months to get over it
Why don't we just skip all the speculation about the appointment palace will make to progress youth and implement an exciting brand of football and skip to speculating on the pragmatic appointment made after they sack them early doors.
