Sadly spot on, in my youth i was an agent and on a weekly basis builder types would wander in and go to the managers office for a 'chat' any cheap houses that came up never got to the market as such.. one of the many reasons i left!

Get the best of both worlds and use the Labradoodle Rescue to get one, you get the type of dog you want and its a rescue. We got ours from there, them house the dogs with other families etc to get an idea of temperament etc and we had to have a couple of visits with and without the dog before...

Love our frost free one, only note is that if anything isnt sealed tight it dries out. Guess thats the mosture being removed, hence the frost free part. We got ours after i thought that defrosting the old one would be quicker with a hot air paint stripper ( i blame the beer!) :whistle:
