Yeah, imagine if it got to a stage where one of us was getting 12000 more through the gate than the other. Can't imagine that would ever happen...
This whole thread is a massive embarassment, epitomizes the arrogance of your club.
It seems like now we are about to overtake you in the league, all you have to cling on to is the attendances. These are now on the rise, so I fear what else you will have. Looks like even I'm going to be proved wrong today as they've opened up another block as we've sold so many tickes today...
First, I never said we will sell our remaining two thousand tickets (I think we'll sell around 1000, may be wrong), second, you're assuming we'll give exactly 500 seats to Burnley, when we'll actually give them the space for about 1500 fans. Segragation of about 2000 seats and bingo.
No it wouldn't. firstly, Burnley won't bring more than 500. Second, there's segregation areas around the away fans. I reckon it'll be around 22k.
I don't really care about your attendances. They come and go, You may have bigger attendances than us now, but we had bigger attendances than you for...
Personally I haven't ever had an issue with you're plastic fans - if you're getting the extra cash then who cares if they support whoever, it goes stright to the club and that's the main thing. We have 2000 tickets left for Saturday, which is pretty good, and is probably down to a mix of our...
I know we are enjoying looking back at the past, but I am also personally really looking forward to the future. We have a manager who understands what a derby game means to the fans (hence victories at Charlton, Milwall and you lot). Poyet, based on last year, clearly doesn't...
Dunno, maybe we could ask you since you spent so many years with sub 10k attendances?
As for the penalties today, would they be the 'dubious penalties' that Malky Mackay claimed were certain?
We are improving, see how things go, but I have mates who support both Cardiff and Forest who agreed...
So...Brighton are like Barcelona?
Oh yeah, I forgot that you're easily the biggest club in this league, and are only a couple of years off the Champions League and getting 60 000 every week. Yeah, and we're just a spec in your rear view mirrow, right? Yeah, forgot all that. Sorry.
Firstly, we aren't losing 5-6 million a year, as that excludes outstanding circumstances such as our cup run and the selling of players like Clyne, Scannell etc.
Yes, losing money isn't great. Yes, I wish we had 25k turning up every week. Yes, I'm a tad concerned about the coming season. But...
Because I'm such a nice person and I can't really be bothered to explain it to you, here are the facts. Pretty much no club at this level is financially even; almost all of them operate on a loss.
These show that 4/5th's of our loss in the first year of CPFC 2010 being owners was 'goodwill...
You're wrong on several accounts here I'm afraid.
I would be lying to say that I'm proud of us being in administration. But is it mine, or the other thousands of Palace fans' fault, that we have? No, it isn't. If you accuse us of wishing for success and having that as a reason for accepting...
