It is probably PSR rules as above and also I think it is TB and PB buying into Fab's philosophy. He is a nice guy and I think after RDZ they are finding him a pleasure to work with. Also I've noticed that a lot of these players coming in have spoken to Fab so he must be a very persuasive guy...
