I am over it now and if it had been any other game I would have just accepted it as “shit happens”
At the time I was incandescent, knee jerk over reaction because it gifted a point to the team that it seems to be impossible to beat. convincingly. St Patrick’s Day massacre, Maupay equaliser...
True I just find it odd that blame is deflected from Sanchez to Mac
Keepers make mistakes that cost games, seldom do outfield players get the blame at other clubs when it happens though.
Now fulfilling the promise he has always had and made him the most frustrating Albion player I have ever seen, when he kept under performing. Fantastic to see him full of confidence and doing what most of us knew he was capable of.
I had written him off not that long ago, loving being wrong.
There seems to be quite a bit of scapegoating on here of Mac regarding yesterday‘s result. Should have been sent off, more responsibility for the failure to win than Sanchez howler etc. Weird. I am waiting for the first “get shot” :lolol:
VAR has removed 75% of the joy of scoring or expecting to be given a penalty for me, the fact that it screws us over whenever possible might have something to do with it
I will not be surprised if Italy win this, they shouldn’t but we have gone backwards at pace in the last 12 months whilst they have
improved. It should be an “interesting” (read frustrating) game
If not a Palace fan it was somebody who did not want Albion winning that game. I don’t think it’s possible to call that line drawing a “mistake”. It was deliberate
