He was weak and obviously had Spurs on his mind. Could have sent off Burn. Why did he book Dahoud? I assume for telling him he should have handed out a booking to a Toon player, which would have been the correct decision, saving Dahoud a booking
He was certainly not good imo
After that ott goal celebration I moved quickly into BOO
f*** him, so pleased he was one of the worst players on the pitch, dirty too
I hope that result and performance hurt him as much as his goal at St James Park delighted him.

JPVH is a more physical presence than Webster, so I’d always chose him in front of Webster against teams like WHU and Newcastle. Both, barring injuries, will get plenty of game time but RDZ will now probably pick JPVH when we need aggression against strong forwards.

I watched on Sky and the atmosphere sounded loud and proud. Was the constant loud repetitive chanting for the last 10 mins Toon fans? I ask because I did not recognise it
Exciting and flair player until he has to put the ball in the net and loses composure. Maybe trying too hard, it will come won’t it??
I’d keep him in over Welbeck as a starter though.
I wonder when the penny will drop with our stars that unless you are going to a solid club with a class manager, they might just be better off staying here. I can count on the fingers of one hand how many clubs that’ll be and there are not many in England.
Unless money is all that motivates...
