You've confused me, and it's not a dig (yet) ... but I can only assume personally that the BBC table hasn't been updated? Reason being they have a big splash about Pompey being docked ten points officially, but they haven't taken them off on their table. Perhaps you can clear this up?
Had a huge scare at dull, lifeless Slough station today. Got off the Oxford train, jumped onto the Windsor and Eton one and left my phone and glasses on the Oxford bound service. Soon as I realised scarpered back to the train and got my stuff thinking, it's going to pull out and I'll be stuck to...
Sadly, a situation that deserves no sympathy. They even received their parachute payment early from the Prem... where is it? In the seized bank account? Is that what turned them to Administration? To get their grubby hands on it and spunk it on more players and wages? Hope they get relegated...
We did this before, but one to wake up to this morning and add to the team...
We now have
Gai Assulin
Darren Bent (of course)
Nicky Butt (not long retired)
David De Gea
Who else? We need a Brighton 11
Oh and while we're on the subject, I hate Albion and I love Brighton and Hove Actually ...
There was no 'immediate' response, indeed I read it three times to make sure I was understanding the context in which it was written. Knee jerk commenting/replying isn't really my forte, so if I have misunderstood you I apologise. I hope I have to be honest as I have been enjoying an NSC thread...
To be fair, you cannot really blame totally the 'big' clubs for the influx of support they have received, good marketing yes but the same can be said of the Brighton marketing towards Sussex, but parents that encourage their kids and Sky have played their part to play too.
Very good post.
I love your refreshing, forward thinking and open embrace towards new supporters. You should be commended! What would the club do without your vision?
