Live & legal audio stream available

Years ago I remembered BBC Radio London had an evening Albion match online(Charlton?) when they weren't supposed to, so more out of desperation than hope I tried it..... and it's working! http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio/player/bbc_london

Birmingham City Vs Brighton & Hove Albion ****Official Match Thread****

They've never won the League Championship or FA Cup, gates struggle to reach 20,000 and their ground capacity is barely 30,000. What makes them 'massive'?

    RIP Rob Titchener

So who plays Henry? I expect it's just one of the actors putting on a child's voice (badly). In fact it's so bad, I expect the actor was advised/insisted that s/he not be credited :) That's quite a commute to Brum.

Tomorrows game cant come soon enough,,,,,!!

For anyone else who was as stumped at this post as me, he means we need to stay in touch with Middlesbrough, i.e. they mustn't be more than two points ahead of us before that final fixture.

    RIP Rob Titchener

OK, I didn't know that. I've missed about a third of the episodes in that period. TBF, we don't actually know he's dead, even though there are two stab wounds. All we know is that Helen was on the phone to someone wailing that she's killed him. I confidently expect him to be rushed to Felpersham...

    RIP Rob Titchener

Pregnant wife Helen has just stabbed him to death, apparently (oh, those hormones!). She said he'd never see his unborn child and when trying to leave the marital home, he got annoyed and tried to stop her. Not with the knife, I hasten to add, but this came about because he was a bit of a...

How much state pension do you think you will receive?

Nobody seems to have mentioned that the number of qualifying years for the full state pension was reduced from 40 to 30 several years ago; I still have my letter to prove. But later, they moved the goalposts back again and made it 35, which I don't quite have. Maybe they'll move it all the way...

70th Anniversary of Burnden Park Tragedy

I was just about to start a ' '70 years ago today' thread when I spotted this one languishing on page 2 on the anniversary of this, the first major football disaster. It's featured in this programme, 19:45 in. http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b072xkb0/inside-out-north-west-07032016...

    Kodi streams

I know Opera Android traffic goes via Norway but is that true for desktop OSs? The reason I ask is that I can't acheive the massive compression savings that Opera Mini gives me when I use Opera on Linux or Windows.

C5OD 'FL Tonight': where are Jan 23 & 30 highlights?

Thanks for that, it got me to look for a pattern in the URLs, which end with a 3 digit no, thus: episode-27-162 episode-26-173 episode-25- xxx episode-24-193 episode-23-197 episode-22-229 Looks like all I need do is try every URL ending from episode-25-174 to episode-25-192 :)...

Where were the penalty spots at the Amex tonight?

I'm sure they were, can't imagine they wouldn't have been chalked in at half time if such a blunder had been made! Yes, the stream wasn't exactly HD but there's a clearer screenshot I made of the centre circle; not a trace of a centre spot here either. Edit I've no idea why the pic's been...

C5OD 'FL Tonight': where are Jan 23 & 30 highlights?

http://www.channel5.com/shows/football-league-tonight/episodes Just got the Channel 5 website up to watch the highlights show from 23rd January (Episode 25, which is due to expire late tonight). Unusually, they now display every expired episode from 1-24, but omit the next two. What's going on?

    What was on Hughton's badge?

Because he can't even spell his own name?

Where were the penalty spots at the Amex tonight?

I missed the whole of the first half so if it was explained on commentary then I missed that too.

"...not only that they’re beatable, they actually can concede goals as well"

On reflection, I think he just got it the wrong way round and it wasn't picked up by the director. I withdraw the 'Idiot' bit. But still think he's a waste of space in that studio :)

    The milk debate

She didn't steal anything. She decided it's parents' responsibility to pay for adequate nourishment of their offspring. What I lost from my third-of-a-pint was made up for at home. Nowadays it's a full two quart plastic bottle of whole milk from Asda for 89p. None of your whitewater for me...

"...not only that they’re beatable, they actually can concede goals as well"

I've only just got round to watching 'FLTonight' from a fortnight ago, which featured Middlesbrough's 1-0 defeat at Bristol City. That's 1-0. So what did co-presenter George Riley mean with this cretinous uttering? Please tell me, Mr Riley, in what way is it additionally notable that a team...
