On the other forum I use you can edit one of your posts indifferently, so the person who runs the draft keeps a full list of who has been picked in the OP. Much easier way of doing it but alas, it's not possible on here. :(

It's a bit of a pisser, but it usually equals out throughout the draft. The other option would be to have the draft come to halt on match days, night-time, potentially 9-5 from Monday-Friday. No really good ways of doing it tbh.
