I can see the issue the club have. From a distance you cannot tell if a fan is smoking or vaping so if there are 100 fans in a stand doing it they don't want to have to constantly check each one to make sure they are vaping and not smoking.

It might :shrug: we found out in Cuba when we visited a cinnamon grower who saw the bites my wife had on her legs and gave us a small bottle, the inching went right away and we didn't get bitten again.

One of the best things is cinnamon oil which not only repeals mozzies but really helps relieve the bites if you get them.
