I'm not sure they automatically take uncollected tickets to the away ground. I would ring the club on route in the morning as Derby would just have to re-print the ticket there end once they have been informed.
Worst case scenario its pay on the gate
Going to wake up tomorrow morning with my fingers crossed and hoping for the best. London to Derby is cleared again after the bridge collapse so it's just the trip to London that's the worry.
One ticket each Polegate to Victoria + one each showing the train we have to catch plus the same coming home = 8
Same again St P to Derby and back again = 8
Although at lunchtime I collected my wad of tickets to get to Derby, first 12 printed out but there was then a printer error so it didn't print the last four (there are only two of us travelling!!) so I had to go to the ticket office and he printed out the other four tickets.
That's a good shout, always drive the Lewes and get the train so parking isn't an issue as never use the station one anyway. Although how rammed will the bus back be after the game, and how reliable will they be at that time of the evening.
Edit: There could be a bus strike as well that day...
Was considering driving to Lewes as usual and getting the seagulls travel coach from the prison but its really expensive - £30 for the three of us for a five minute ride is extortionate - going to risk the shuttle instead I think. Getting to the ground "should" hopefully be ok as should be able...
I have always been against parachute payments. Club's should have to agree proper contracts. You play well get promoted you get a pay rise. You fail you get relegated why shouldn't you get a wage reduction.
I fancied a cheeseburger today but they had run out. So I went for the guest pie - butter chicken it was very nice. Trains were good getting there but eventually got one back to Lewes at 17.30. Quite warm in WSL good to see so many making their amex debut Inc. Rooney. Good to see the shop so...
It's train strike week
Edit: but you are going Sunday, but still trains will no doubt be an issue and they have a queuing system to get home which might not be ideal for little ones
