[Politics] Tonight,s EU vote and the margin of defeat ?

What did voters believe they were voting on that existed? Confused here.

As BG said, those that can't handle a decision democratically made, they need best of three, then best of five, until they win.

So the Tories have not changed with the times over the ages either? There isn't really an argument here I can be bothered with. Labour and Conservatives have equally screwed the NHS and economy over the years, it is not exclusive.

What has Brexit (or remain) got to do with political swayings?

[Politics] Tonight,s EU vote and the margin of defeat ?

Even May, a remainer and PM of this country, understands that the will of the people was decided upon in the referendum, it's what upstanding people for democracy do.

I may not have voted, it makes no difference. I think you'd enjoy living in Russia or China if the democratic process doesn't work for you if you lose a vote. Brighton lost Saturday, can we replay it because I wasn't happy with the result.

Which is exactly correct. Another worrying possibility of a second referendum being won by remainers is there will, without a shadow of a doubt, be civil unrest from those that feel their first vote has now been ignored by an undemocratic process.

[Politics] Tonight,s EU vote and the margin of defeat ?

I was under the impression a vote is for yourself and your beliefs? I wasn't aware my vote is actually not mine. And there was I thinking I lived in a democracy. How silly of me.

So the first referendum majority was undemocratic? And if those that want to remain get their way second time around that means it is democratic and it should be left there? I wish I lived in your universe, pink fluffy clouds.

So call it a second referendum and stop the spin!!

If nobody gives two shits as you so eloquently put it, why am I asking and quoting this constant use of 'people's vote'? I missed the 'terrified' bit.

[Politics] Tonight,s EU vote and the margin of defeat ?

A referendum then, as you point out. Why not call it a referendum then?

Ah right, so Labour were also wrong but just call them Tories. Couldn't make it up.

Please remind me, what is a 'People's vote'?
