Different situation though. When sacked for poor results effectively you are relieved of your duties but you contract is paid until it finishes or you find alternate employment. Suspension for possible breech of contract is different in that you could be sacked with no pay. I get your point...

Again it will depend on being pro or anti gus. In the real world he will get on with some players and not so well with others. It wont be black and white and might depend on if he is picking you each week.

I accept that they may not get on, but it is not grounds to suspend him, and certainly not tanno and charlie. Use that as grounds then you will lose in court without doubt.
