So if somebody was being attacked on a station and you ring 999 the police would say "sorry, not our department you will have to ring 0800 40 50 40"
Edit: I can answer my own question, from the BTP website
"How should I report antisocial behaviour?
Any threatening or abusive behaviour...
I think its quite clear the idea, when we spring a counter attack the opposing attackers and midfielders will give up chasing back as they will be overcome by the huge Leeds factor and subconsciously accept that our team is far bigger than theirs will ever be
If it cost £780 I would imagine that's all the insurer will pay up (less your excess). Remember you will need to tell your current insurers as well that you have made a claim. If you don't they can find out which could effect future claims and policies.
So how hard is it to get from Leeds to Newcastle, Stoke, Burnley and Manchester - I doubt you even have to change trains. No ticket scheme will be fair to everybody, but then life isn't fair either
RUBBISH

I don't think any away game north of London sold out in the season before last.
At the moment there are still 203 tickets available for Liverpool and at 9am tomorrow morning any left will be available to buy by non STH's
