Is it me or is the pitch really small compared to a real baseball ground, I seen games at a few stadiums in the US and its a long way from the diamond to the home run wall certainly much much more than across a football pitch
Edit: Ah its at the London Stadium, I thought it was at Wembley, but...
My father in law passed away earlier this year, he wanted to leave his body to medical science. If you leave your body to medical science there is no funeral cost as when the body is released around 12 months later they pay for the cremation/burial. This wasn't the main reason he wanted to do...
I could understand the subsidy going if we got relegated but we are in the cash cow called the premier league, does it really make a massive saving in relative terms. How many use the service 5,000 so £10,000 saving a match, isn't that a lower earnings players weekly wage?
Its for his personal safety, have you seen what happens in the queue for popcorn at these event, he could get kicked badly by other cinema goers and the ushers would offer no protection - Its just not fair
Its a difficult one, tomorrow is the sort of game when it would be perfect for Andone to start but unless Murray gets injured or suspended he is scoring goals and we need points against teams in the lower half. The big 6 are almost throwaway games but will be much tougher for new players to be...
Maybe its a way to get those on the waiting list a better chance to get their ST as they will probably be the ones who will spend more on food and drink than those current STH's who use cheaper options nowadays.
We use Seagulls travel to ensure we can get home after an evening match at a reasonable time as we have jobs to go to the next day and that comes at a cost. While we are in the PL with few night matches its not a massive cost per season but if we go back to the championship with the huge number...
I thought that but then read "waiting list" so I take that to mean the hoddie boyz who threw their season tickets out of their pram are automatically the "singing section" next year and anybody else goes on the waiting list until audition day.
The report I read said £50k (I'm not disputing your figure) but I must admit I felt a bit uneasy about this. Kids are bullied at school all over the country which in some cases has a profound effect on the rest of their lives. If people were giving for a anti bullying charity or such like then...
Thanks, I was meaning once you pay your annual sub rather than getting stuff for nothing, like when you buy a computer game not realising you have to fork out more cash to get further into the game than the basic version.
On the non DNA side do you get access to loads of data, records, census' etc or do you end up having to fork out more cash all the time to get further. It seems people are saying they are ordering certificates so is there a lot of this needed.
On the DNA side I guess you are reliant on members...
I really like Nathan Jones, IMO he was the reason why we survived that season when he took over for those couple of games after the Hyppia experiment, he got the players mentality right for when CH got the job.
Maybe because we are a football forum and we haven't been backward in coming forward to help fellow football fans in the past is why the suggestion has been made. Although it shouldn't IMO effect any local charities who may have the Liverpool game earmarked for their collection. Its up to...
