I assume that the club has two pricing structures in mind for next season for both Season Tickets and one-off match day tickets. One pricing structure for if we go up and another for if we stay in the Championship. Wouldn't expect Season tickets to be made available to those on the waiting list...
By the same logic we should also get rid of Bruno for that back pass again Preston and Knockaert for the countless amount of times he's decided to shoot when he should have passed to a player in another position.
All players are capable of making a mistake, but when a goalkeeper makes a...
I'd be very happy with the same number of points and a better goal difference than Huddersfield. Thoughts shouldn't be on obtaining a set number of points, but rather that we maintain the points gap between us and third.
Can see Mick McCarthy leaving Ipswich at the end of the season. They've picked up 14 points from a possible 42 this year and have slipped down the table quite a lot, so wouldn't be a massive surprise if they wanted to get someone in to rejuvenate the squad.
Personally want both Fulham and Massive to be fighting over the final play off spot for as long as possible. Fulham still have to play Huddersfield away, whilst Massive face Newcastle at home next month.
Probably helps that the person who employed him for the Notts job is the same person who hired him for the Rangers job and the Brentford one beforehand.
He's the Championship version of Big Sam. Great for getting a team out of trouble when they're in a relegation dog fight, but not the kind of manager that you would ideally want to take charge if your ambitions were to get promotion.
Main cause for many of Derby's problems is the constant managerial go around. Each summer they heavily invest in the squad but if you chop and change the management at the first sign of trouble then it'll lead to a squad of players that don't suit the plans the one after has for the way they...
Joe Ward going on now, be interesting to see how he performs for the rest of the match. All reports are he's ben doing very well for Lincoln so far on his loan there.
Pardew is now the bookies favourite at 4/11. Those odds would suggest it's more or less a certainty, especially when you compare that to the nearest one's they're offering:
Other odds are:
Rowett 4/1
Hodgson 6/1
Irvine 14/1
Warburton 16/1
Concentration should always be on the next match, far too early to speculate what may or may not happen next season, but a lot of the clubs who have gone up and then stayed up in recent years have kept the same nucleus players and have added a handful 3/4 of quality to it. Wouldn't imagine...
Maybe they were fearful he'd get a positive result against Blackburn tomorrow? Getting rid now gives them time to get someone in before the international break starts. That way it gives the new person time to get to know the squad before having a fixture and will allow them to soon start...
