His youth record is impressive though
Top scorer at the 2014 UEFA European Under-17 Championship (Which England also won)
Golden Ball Award for the most promising player at the 2017 FIFA U-20 World Cup (Past winners include Paul Pogba, Sergio Aguero and Lionel Messi)
Plus he can play either...
Wouldn't be a major surprise if Aitor Karanka at Forest was next - there's a lot of disharmony up there at mo and especially in the dressing room, and that's despite them being 3 points off the play-offs.
Bournemouth have been good at recognising young British players who can make the step up to Prem level with both Brooks and Cook. Believe that Hughton would probably be hesitant to throw any player in at the deep end unless it was essential, as it just doesn't seem his way of going about things.
Assume this will work like the equivalent of token systems at festivals? In which you end up queuing once to get your tokens, and again for when you actually want to get your beer.
All of this. Gross is far more valuable to us as a club than £15m. Finding a player who could come in and be as integral to the team for less would be a near impossible task.
We got him for 3m because of a release clause in his contract with Ingostadt. Latest 'rumour' circulating has his value nearer 15m at mo:

The other issue with a green kit is how it affects those who suffer from colour blindness. Green and Red is the most common type, so for them that green kit looks the same colour as Man Utd's and Liverpools home kit. Assume none of our players are colour blind.
