No no. Losing 25,000 mainly young and enthusiastic labour party members = 'good we never wanted them anyway'
Gaining one dodgy right-wing-as-hell, brexit supporting, Tory, sexual offender apologist = 'tactical genius'
Such is the state of politics now.
Zero credit to be taken as It's pretty much the only time when it's 100% down to luck! Strangely satisfying though and I am expecting the rest of the day to go well.
I didn't really experience any of this, or at least only from the far off sidelines. But I am still really enjoying it. As are others in.my family. I was surprised by some of the poor reviews, seems to be a love it or hate it series. But glad I watched and made up my own mind before reading some...
Damn. I know this isn't a popular view, but my feelings about Palace don't run very deep. Strictly pantomime. Whereas my distaste for City is real. I hate what they represent. Not just in football but as part.of a trend in wider society and I really really don't want to see them win a third...
If you don't like the league being corrupt and unbalanced, then you need look no further than Citeh!
Come on The Arse I say.
I also still feel some affection for White and Trossard and want them to do well.
Not quite the same, but have you watched Four Lions? Very funny. It was a while ago that i watched it, so may be wrong. But I recall that, like Life of Brian, it is not taking the piss out of the religion as such, but out of those that follow it (or object to it?) without any real understanding.
A discussion focused on the number of chances created, and missed, for headed goals. And nobody's mentioned Hinshelwood? I'd add that to Mioma, March and Pedro. Plus Ferguson out of form. All adds up to 'no mystery why we aren't scoring as many as we did at the start of the season'.
I'd say.
