Some great tips there, thank you!

    [Misc] Older Dads

My Dad was a couple of years younger when he had me. A few of mates were shocked that he could remember the war ending but him being the older Dad never bothered me in the slightest.

I live in Poole now but it's a area to live, also until quite recently it was very affordable. It feels more like a city than a town and is surrounded by some stunning countryside. The only downside is that it's a right pig to get to home games without driving.

    [Misc] Older Dads

Quite similar to me, I was 33 when I had my daughter and am definitely a bit conscious of being older than a lot of the other parents at her school. Probably says more about my age complex than anything else!

    [Misc] Older Dads

Found out quite recently that I am expecting my second child, all going well he/she will arrive a few months after my 41st birthday. Genuinely didn't think i'd have the chance again at 40 and am over the moon but naturally a bit worried about being the older Dad in the playground. My Dad was 45...

[Albion] The Europa League - how confident are you?

I think were due an easy draw though after getting such a tough group. I'd love it with spooned our way to the final ;-)

[Albion] The Europa League - how confident are you?

If the draws are kind for us I can see us making the semis but I can't see us beating one of the top teams over two legs sadly

I fractured my penis in two places, thankfully there was a good 9 inches between the fractures.

[Football] When's the last time Crystal Palace were in Europe, and how did they qualify?

It feels like the rivalry has simmered down somewhat but we still have the best part of half a century of history as rivals albeit plenty of it separated by a division or two. It will just take an unjust result or dodgy decision to reignite the hatred. One thing we both have in common is that...

    [Football] Cooper SACKED

Very true, Potter was mooted at the sane time the news of the sacking broke. It was a decision that hurt somewhat but felt measured and in our best interests. The fact that it's 4 and half years since we've sacked a manager and Bloom has only made one poor appointment in his near 15 years at...

    [Football] Cooper SACKED

I imagine a lot of Forest fans will feel the disappointment I felt when Hughton was sacked, he's a decent coach and seems like a nice bloke but probably the right decision.

    [Football] Cooper SACKED

Sad to see him get the chop but 1 win in 13 would see most managers relieved of their duties particularly when they've invested so much.

[Albion] Arsenal vs Brighton & Hove Albion *** Official Match Thread ***

He should get plenty of protection from veltman. That said, its going to be tough afternoon. I can see Arsenal scoring plenty. We'll need them to have an off day to get anything.

    [Albion] £19.6 million

He could probably take 20 million out and turn it in to 100 million in a few years anyway. When you have his kind of wealth it relatively easy to get wealthier

    [Albion] £19.6 million

I Don't they do something weird like divide the figures by the number if years of contract when it hits the top line?? Or is that just for players purchased?

    [Albion] £19.6 million

I can never work out how they apply players sales to revenue but with the extra home games, prize money and big money player sales could our turnover be in the region of 300 plus million this year? I think in a normal year we turnover something like 170 million

    [Albion] Premier League 15-17/12/23

Palace seem to be one of those annoying teams who are basically toilet but still hard to beat, not looking forward to Thursday!
