I've read the whole bloody lot but it's no help. Everybody doesn't understand computer jargon. I've had a very frustrating hour and a half and it looks as though I'm buggering off from NSC for good.

I've had to re-register before I could get anywhere. Even three e-mails to the moderator got no response. Have we all had this problem?
