Absolutely this, if we intend to play more attacking football, we need to improve the defence so as not to be over reliant on forward players coming back to defend, they still have defensive duties of course but further up the pitch.

Yeah sounds like he is being forced out, without consideration for his family, he may also be suggesting that the club is his family but he's only been there a year so wouldnt have thought so. Either way doesn't sound like he's thrilled with the way he's being treated.
