I agree with this. Even players not picked for their international sides should be good enough to step up for a couple of games. I hate the way the season is broken up with these breaks. Not going to happen though. :(

I remember travelling (pre pre Internet/Mobile phone) to 'that' game all those years ago, thinking exactly the same thoughts! And, it happened! We had beaten Liverpool at Anfield and the Kop gave our players a fantastic reception.

Don't be so sure!!, can't remember the exact details now, but I think there was an example of a male steward asking a lady to lift her top up so he could see her bra before entering the stadium. :blush:
