The 192 IP is the router address, the other one is your ISP - so that is right that it shows when you connect directly. I would suggest changing the "channel" that your router transmits on, especially if there are a lot of networks in your area.

Didn't they change the rules? Isn't it only the buyer that can leave negative feedback now? The seller can leave either positive or no feedback.
