I'm new to the whole season ticket thing this season. Am I right in thinking that if you've got a season ticket you get the opportunity to buy your seat for cup games before they go on sale to anyone else? Or do I need a special kind of membership or something? Any advice appreciated!
The recorded message on the booking line re ticket purchasing deadline for Brentford is very badly worded. I spoke to a club employee on twitter this morning who said that you can still buy and collect, providing you collect from the Amex on Friday before noon. The confusion appears to have...
I'm hoping they'll allow me to pick up tickets in other people's names, neither of the ones I'm supposed to be collecting on Friday are for me (my ticket arrived in the post this morning!). I'm taking confirmation emails and addresses etc, I hope that will be enough!
I'm in Eastergate (just outside Barnham) and am collecting a couple of tickets from the amex for mates on Friday morning. If you'd like me to collect yours at the same time and you pick it up from mine on Friday afternoon or something then I'm happy to do so. Just PM me or something.
Just heard back from the club. You can buy and collect on Friday before noon, but make sure you do because Brentford don't do collections for away fans. Hope this helps!
Yeah, I tried that too. But I phoned the booking line to see if I could collect them today and the pre-recorded message on the phone line says 'please make sure if you're buying tickets for the Brentford game that you've ordered no later than 5pm on the 29th'
The website says the deadline to collect from the ticket office is noon on the 2nd, but booking line says you needed to have purchased by 5pm on the 29th. Clear as mud! I've tweeted the club to see if they can shed some light.
Anyone know if the FA Cup tie at Brentford on the 3rd will be pay on the gate? Wanted to pick up a couple of tickets but the office is closed now until the 2nd (which seems a bit odd when the club shop is open...surely they could just sell them in the club shop for a couple of days!).
Any help...
I took my 3 year-old to this yesterday. A fantastic afternoon put on by the club. Real thought had gone into it, with plenty on for the smallest and oldest kids alike. There was always a member of staff on hand to help carry buggies up and down steps, plus the players were approachable and...
Don't know if this is helpful to anyone else, but I've just been chatting to the folks at Southern Rail about the train service from Barnham to Lewes via Three Bridges on Saturday that was previously mentioned. They told me that they'll allow customers to travel this route on a Barnham to Lewes...
any idea if I'd need to buy a different type of train ticket for this, or could this journey be undertaken on a simple offpeak return to Brighton from Barnham? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
I'm totally new to The Amex, Brighton and Hove Albion and live football in general this season (I was lucky enough to win a pair of season tickets in a competition just after the Bolton game). I haven't actually witnessed Brighton winning a game yet, but I fully intend to renew at the end of...
